Hollywood Beach is one of Florida’s best-kept secrets and is now home to Trumps newest luxury oceanfront condominium, Trump Hollywood.  This 41-story tall glass tower with the clearest of views of the Atlantic Ocean is composed of 200 residences and has been thoughtfully placed right in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, giving its residence access to the best of both worlds.  A new irresistible pricing structure has now made the residences priced from the $700,000’s to $6 million. With 19 residences sold so far, Mr. Trump is bringing in the dough with an easy $25 million.
