Five, 10 or 15 acres in the midst of Paradise, anyone? Nestled in the shadows of world-famous Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, Arizona, is a magnificent estate reminiscent of a fine Italian countryside villa which is offered for sale at these three sizes, so you get to pick how much property fits your needs. Even just the five acre property is set up for horses, which is very rare in this central part of town.

As if the exterior view isn’t enough… Inside, you can bask in the tantalizing ambiance created by trestle-beamed ceilings and massive fireplaces surrounded by stone collage finishings.

Swimming pools are always a favorite feature of any property and a definite MUST in the Valley of the Sun. No exception at this Paradise Valley estate; the Tahitian pool is enhanced by a romantic bridge and a backdrop of cascading waterfalls. The surrounding landscape also provides the homeowner with lots of backyard privacy.

The price on this listing is $30,000,000. For more information, visit www.bobhassett.com.
